Proto Marín

Proto Marín is resort swimwear designed as wearable art by German-Honduran designer Dominic Marín, who pairs Bauhaus precision with Caribbean ease. Prints draw on coastal architecture; Palm Mirage, for one, is based on coiled marine rope. Suits are cut from Vita by Carvico, an Italian-engineered fabric of 78% recycled polyamide, sewn with regenerated thread and made in small batches to avoid overproduction.
